Diana Kozlova
Through her labor and employment practice based out of our Indianapolis office, Attorney Diana Kozlova helps employees navigate challenges that arise in their workplace. Throughout law school and her career, Attorney Kozlova has gained valuable experience as an Iowa Supreme Court clerk for the Honorable Justice Tom Waterman, in-house counsel at a nationally recognized top-10 broker dealer investment firm, and a workers’ compensation attorney. These experiences have made her well equipped to handle the complexities of employee-employer relationships.
Prior to attending law school, Diana Kozlova received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. She went on to graduate from the University of Iowa College of Law and Tippie College of Business with a JD/MBA. During that time, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice, a member of the VIS International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, and a competitor in the Van Oosterhout Baskerville Moot Court competition. While in graduate school, Diana Kozlova won the Best Individual Presenter Award at The Ohio State Fisher Case Competition and received the Randy J. Holland award for the best paper in corporate scholarship.
